**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent carpentry skills, and a passion for working in a marine construction environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine structures such as docks, piers, and seawalls.

- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood, composite materials, and other construction materials.

- Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cutting and assembly.

- Follow blueprints, sketches, and oral instructions to complete projects according to specifications.

- Install hardware such as bolts, screws, and brackets to secure structures.

- Operate equipment such as power saws, drills, and sanders safely and effectively.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.

- Perform general labor tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry.

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
